A day without work?
Oh! What shall I do?
Maybe I'll wrap a present or two...
Or drink some more coffee...
3 or 4 mugs more...
Pretty soon I'll bounce out the door!
Being lose on the street...
who knows who you'll meet
Old friends or enemies
Ones thought were extinct
Too young for drinking cheer
And no sounds in my ear
Of slaybells or carols
And no nip in the air
